一、產(chǎn)品概述(Product overview)：

◆強(qiáng)滲透力蒸汽可快速軟化鞋面。

The steam can easy to fotenten the upper.
◆氣動(dòng)按摩錘適合各種型體的鞋面，快速振動(dòng)碾壓，以消除鞋面上的皺紋。

The Pneumatic massage is suit for all kinds of upper and can eliminate the winkle quickly.
◆本機(jī)型結(jié)合蒸汽、繃緊、震動(dòng)按摩為一體，軟化并擠壓鞋面，以消除鞋面褶皺，該機(jī)配置四蒸汽頭、8個(gè)伸展式楦頭，以保證靴面曲線更加完美，適用于男女鞋類(lèi)鞋面的平、整、伏、實(shí)工序。

The machine combine with the steam,vibration,battle in one,softten and squeeze the upper in order to elimminate the winkle,machine have double steam head,eight extended last to make the curve of the boot perfect.

三、機(jī)器運(yùn)輸和搬運(yùn)The machine transportation and handling

1、關(guān)于這種機(jī)器安全預(yù)防問(wèn)題的最重要的三個(gè)方面就是：機(jī)器的搬運(yùn)、機(jī)器的使用、機(jī)器的維護(hù)。

2、為了使這個(gè)機(jī)器的使用盡可能的安全和簡(jiǎn)便，我們已將機(jī)體分解捆綁于木板上。在使用提升工具和運(yùn)輸工具（如叉車(chē)、吊車(chē)）進(jìn)行搬運(yùn)的時(shí)候，必須保持捆綁部件平穩(wěn)、無(wú)晃動(dòng)；

3、提升工具和運(yùn)輸工具（如鋼繩等）應(yīng)有足夠力量承受貨物；

5、我們強(qiáng)烈要求要由一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)、有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的起重機(jī)司機(jī)來(lái)操作起重機(jī)完成機(jī)器的搬運(yùn)。請(qǐng)盡可能慢地提起機(jī)器，保證運(yùn)輸區(qū)域內(nèi)沒(méi)有可能會(huì)碰撞到機(jī)器的人或物品。

6、在機(jī)器的底部留出一個(gè)位置來(lái)伸入叉車(chē)叉子，消除了使用叉車(chē)運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中機(jī)器不平穩(wěn)產(chǎn)生的危險(xiǎn)。我們強(qiáng)烈要求叉車(chē)司機(jī)同樣很專(zhuān)業(yè)和有經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

7、叉車(chē)伸入機(jī)器底部之前請(qǐng)把叉車(chē)兩個(gè)叉間距離調(diào)到最大的位置，以防止機(jī)器往一邊倒；把機(jī)器盡可能地放低，把叉車(chē)叉子稍稍往上提一些以防止機(jī)器向前倒。盡可能地把叉車(chē)開(kāi)慢一些。

四、安裝與調(diào)試（Installation and debugging）：

拆箱后請(qǐng)按裝箱單進(jìn)行零件清點(diǎn)，參照調(diào)整示意圖進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試：

1、以下電器、機(jī)械安裝調(diào)試，應(yīng)由合格施工人員進(jìn)行，確認(rèn)后方可投入生產(chǎn)。

The following electrical appliances, machinery installation, should be carried out by qualified construction personnel, confirmed rear can put into production

2、當(dāng)機(jī)器移動(dòng)到確定位置后，調(diào)整并使機(jī)器處于水平。

3、本機(jī)配備壓縮空氣管接頭，請(qǐng)將壓縮空氣管（8mm）連接到三聯(lián)組合上，須遵守相關(guān)的安全規(guī)則。三聯(lián)組合調(diào)節(jié)至3Kg/cm2。

4、為了避免不相容，機(jī)器電源線上沒(méi)有提供插頭，在接電之前確認(rèn)供電電壓與機(jī)器參數(shù)要求相匹配。

5、連接機(jī)器電源線到主電源，機(jī)器必須安全接地，嚴(yán)格按電氣安裝的安全規(guī)則操作。

6、檢查不銹鋼水箱是否加滿(mǎn)水，加水請(qǐng)用另一容器向內(nèi)注入，切不可拆下水箱。

7、基本操作Basic operation：

1）、打開(kāi)主電源電閘，打開(kāi)面板`電源開(kāi)關(guān)`，`電源指示`燈亮。

2）、打開(kāi)溫控開(kāi)關(guān)，模具溫控顯示，開(kāi)始加熱，數(shù)顯溫度控制器即顯示當(dāng)前所檢測(cè)到的溫度。

3）、打開(kāi)蒸汽開(kāi)關(guān)，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定值即噴出蒸汽，再調(diào)整`蒸氣調(diào)節(jié)`，達(dá)到所需蒸氣強(qiáng)度。

五、接線注意事項(xiàng)Wiring matters needing attention

1、請(qǐng)確認(rèn)輸入電源處于斷開(kāi)狀態(tài)之后再接線，以免發(fā)生觸電及火災(zāi)。

 2、必須接上地線，以免發(fā)生觸電及火災(zāi)。

3．請(qǐng)勿將輸出端子（U、V、W）接到交流電源上，以避免發(fā)生觸電及火災(zāi)。

4、請(qǐng)確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品的額定電壓與交流電源的電壓是否一致，以避免發(fā)生觸電及火災(zāi)。

5、請(qǐng)使用專(zhuān)用緊固工具擰緊端子螺絲，以避免燒毀電器引起火災(zāi)。

Please use the special fastening tools to tighten the screw terminal, in order to avoid burning electrical fires

6、電源和電動(dòng)機(jī)的端子請(qǐng)使用R形壓緊式端子。

Power supply and motor terminal please use R clamp type ter

7、主電路接線后，一定要確認(rèn)連接得是否牢固，否則一旦控制臺(tái)電路接線后會(huì)因電線的進(jìn)出受到限制而不能重新擰緊主電路。

8、有關(guān)連接設(shè)備和電線尺寸等請(qǐng)參照使用手冊(cè)。

六、簡(jiǎn)單故障排除Simple troubleshooting

1、整機(jī)無(wú)電The whole machine without electricity

1）、檢查電源開(kāi)關(guān)是否打開(kāi)。

Check that the power switch is on

2）、電源N相是否接通。Whether N phase plug in

3）、保險(xiǎn)絲是否熔斷。If the fuse fusing

2、溫度達(dá)不到設(shè)定值Temperature reach the set value

 1）、電熱缺相，有部份電熱管損壞。

Some of electrothermal lack of phase, damage the electric heating tube

2）、溫度控制參數(shù)被錯(cuò)誤修改。

Temperature control parameters have been modified

3、無(wú)蒸氣產(chǎn)生Generating steam

1）、檢查電磁閥是否損壞。

2）、檢查電熱管是否損壞。

Check whether the electric heat pipe is damaged

七、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及注意事項(xiàng)Maintenance and matters needing attention

機(jī)器好的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)直接影響到它的使用壽命，也是順利生產(chǎn)的保障：

1、首先必須關(guān)閉電源，待完全停止方可進(jìn)行維護(hù)工作。

You must shut off the power, to stop completely before maintenance work

2、每天清除工作臺(tái)面、橡膠帶上雜物及膠水，可用洗衣粉（切勿用天那水等強(qiáng)腐蝕性物質(zhì)清潔）。

3、每周對(duì)傳動(dòng)部件加注適量潤(rùn)滑油。

八、機(jī)器的拆毀The machine broke down

不管何時(shí)何地以何種理由拆毀機(jī)器，都須遵循保護(hù)公眾健康和不污染環(huán)境的基本原則。必須按照當(dāng)?shù)仡C布的有關(guān)環(huán)保法令，對(duì)從機(jī)器上拆毀下來(lái)的所有部件作分門(mén)別類(lèi)的適當(dāng)處理，不可以隨意丟棄。如：

No matter when and where in what reason to tear down machine, all must follow to protect public health and the basic principles of environmental pollution. Must be issued by the local environmental protection laws, to break down down all the parts from the machine to make classify appropriate processing, can not be discarded. Such as:

1、所有外殼、軟管、塑料或非金屬部件，必須拆卸并單獨(dú)處理。

All housing, hose, plastic or non-metallic parts, must be removed and treated separately

2、所有氣動(dòng)元件和電子電器如開(kāi)關(guān)、電動(dòng)機(jī)、變壓器等，必須拆卸，拆卸后如果情況良好，可修理后繼續(xù)使用。

3、機(jī)體及金屬部分拆卸后分類(lèi)回收

4、機(jī)器里的液態(tài)、氣態(tài)物質(zhì)可以回收利用的回收后須妥善保管，不可以再利用的須在適當(dāng)?shù)牡攸c(diǎn)焚毀、深埋或是交給有關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)部門(mén)。
